　　Bidder qualification requirements

　　Bidders must have independent legal personality;

　　Bidder has level 2 and above aptitude of the municipal utility construction contract;

　　Bidders have the corresponding construction ability in personnel, equipment, fund, and have the good performance of the similar project;

　　Bidders have a good bank credit and business reputation, no major economic disputes and criminal records;

　　This competitive negotiation will not accept consortium bid.

　　Registration requirements

　　Bidders with valid annual business license, tax registration certificate, safety production license, the enterprise qualification certificate, a certificate of legal personality, legal representative power of attorney, ID card and a copy of the above license (with official seal).
